1. Who we are
This notice is issued by Stormbit Labs Pte. Ltd. (Singapore), a software development company, for this website and interface.
2. What we collect
We collect: (a) information you send us directly (for example an email you write to us, or details you submit when requesting access); (b) technical data generated by serving the site: server and content-delivery logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) produced by our hosting provider; no analytics tooling is deployed; and (c) blockchain data: wallet addresses and transactions you broadcast are public information on the relevant blockchain and are not created or controlled by us. We do not collect government identifiers or financial account information through the Interface.
3. What we use it for
Operating and securing the Interface; responding to you; administering invite-only access; meeting legal obligations (including sanctions screening of counterparty wallet addresses under our group policy). We do not sell personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Sharing
Service providers who host or help operate the Interface (Vercel, for site hosting and content delivery); professional advisers; authorities where required by law. Nothing else.
5. Retention
Correspondence and access records are kept while relevant to the relationship and as required by law, then deleted. Blockchain data is public and permanent by the nature of the networks; we cannot alter or delete it.
6. Your choices
You may contact us to access or correct personal data you have provided, or to ask questions about this notice: legal@stormbit.finance. If you use the Interface without submitting personal information, the only personal data we process is the technical data in section 2(b).
7. Transfers
Where data is processed outside Singapore by our service providers, we require protections consistent with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act.
8. Changes
The current version applies from posting.
